Full financing

Full financing is also called 100% financing or 110% financing. With this type of financing, no own financial resources (equity) are used. The purchase price is borrowed in full. In the case of 110% financing, all other ancillary purchase costs are also financed.

The prerequisite for such financing is usually a relatively good income because the monthly installments are often considerably higher compared to other financing options.
