The micro-location refers to immediate criteria in the neighborhood of a property. One considers factors such as:
Proximity to public transportation
Proximity to supermarkets, other stores for daily needs and doctors
Proximity to daycare centers and schools
Cultural offerings such as cafés, theaters, cinemas, bars & restaurants
Noise level
Neighborhood makeup
Orientation/location of the property
