Equity crowdfunding

Equity crowdfunding is a form of financing in which many different private investors put their money into a project, the profit of which they later share.

In contrast to simple crowdfunding, a project is not only financed to enable its creation, but also yields a profit for the investors.

In principle, equity crowdfunding works via subordinated loans.
