Special right of termination

If you take out a mortgage that runs for more than ten years, you have a special right of termination after ten years. If, in the ninth year, you discover that interest rates are lower than in the contract agreed at the time, you can terminate the contract with six months' notice at the end of the tenth year.

Our financing experts will be happy to advise you on the right fixed interest rate for you.
