Property management

The property management is responsible for caring for a residential complex or an apartment building. It takes care of both technical and commercial management. This means that the property management ensures, among other things, that the communal property is maintained, technical equipment is serviced regularly, and commissioned services are also carried out properly - e.g., that the hedges are also trimmed, lawns are mowed, or staircases are cleaned. Incidentally, providing information and account management is also part of the property management's duties.

And, of course, the property management company also receives money for this. Depending on the size and region, the fee is between €18 and €30 net per apartment per month.
