Micro-location

The micro-location refers to immediate criteria in the neighborhood of a property. One considers factors such as: 

  • Proximity to public transportation 

  • Proximity to supermarkets, other stores for daily needs and doctors

  • Proximity to daycare centers and schools

  • Cultural offerings such as cafés, theaters, cinemas, bars & restaurants

  • Noise level

  • Neighborhood makeup

  • Orientation/location of the property
